"Between
the Eagle and the Triregnum: the court ceremony" is
the theme of the multimedia installation located within the
restored halls on the ground floor of the Villa Pallavicino,
inspired by the meeting between Paolo III and the Emperor Carlo
V, which took place in the fortress of Busseto in 1543, to resurrect
the sumptuous ceremony of the Renaissance courts.
Every gesture and every word were regulated by a precise code
which defined their political and diplomatic value: through
the wall projection of large images and an impressive soundtrack
as backdrop to the voice of the "narrator", the ceremony
of Villa Pallavicino is open again to the visitor with all its
charm and historic significance.
