The
themes connected with war, a constant in the lives of Renaissance
lords, are reread through a fascinating sequence of images and
sounds which re-evoke the climate of the battle.The audiovisual
installation, inspired by the frescoes of the Gestra Hall, executed
around 1570 by commission of Troilo II to celebrate the commanders
of the Rossi family, opens a window onto military strategies,
feudal alliances and the lives of the mercenary commanders.
